Professional Referrals

The Law Office of Stanley Lane is a firm of trial litigators and accepts referrals from members of the profession in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct  of the State Bar of New York and Florida.  Attorneys who do not handle dental legal matters are invited to make inquiry.

Of course you will get the appropriate referral fee. you choose the level of your continued involvement in the case.

Most dental malpractice cases fit in to one or more of five specialties. Because of this standard procedure, Dr. Lane's experience and medical resources ( colleagues and references) he can quickly decide whether the case is worth pursuing, many time the same day.

Information that would be of interest to your clients:

1)  Dr. Lane is a licensed dentist and Board Certified oral-maxillo facial surgeon as well as an attorney.

2)  He practiced dentistry for more than 30 years, during which time he was responsible for training dentists in the     hospital and dental schools.

3)  He has served as a trial expert for both the defense and dentists and for the patients.

4)  Dr. Lane will personally review every case.
